About Me
I am an avid explorer, adventurer, adrenaline junky, and nature-lover. On the weekends you'd find me white water kayaking, backpacking, rock climbing, or hiking. This is how I take care of myself and recharge my soul.
I'm not from around here. My accent is difficult to place. I am a bit of a nomad and I have lived in many different states. I also have traveled a lot and been able to experience different countries and cultures.
I attended graduate school in southern California where I earned a Master's of Science degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. During my graduate program, I interned at a communinty mental health agency and studied under one of my professors, becoming certified in Restoration Therapy.

Before that, I lived in Mexico where I volunteered at an orphanage and became fluent in the Spanish language. There I fell in love with Mexican culture, the people, and the food. I also met my husband there.
Relationships are important to me and I consider it an honor to work doing what I am most passionate about: helping people relate to one another in ways that build trust and show love. I have experience working with the following but the majority of my work has been focused on trauma and teaching parenting skills.
